Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Tasty creamy shake high in omega 3, fibre and antioxidants great for your bowel and having first thing in the morning for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen

  • 1 Cup milk

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 scoop of Raw Whey Protein

  • Blend for 30 secs
