Blueberry & Raspberry Smoothie

High in antioxidants and vitamins which promote anti aging. Great for breakfast nice and fresh for those summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup raspberrys (frozen or fresh)

  • 1/2 Cup Blueberrys

  • 3/4 Cup Milk

  • 2 tblespoons of plain yoghurt

  • 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein

  • Blend in a NutriBullet or blender 30 secs

  • Serve with raspberrys or Blueberrys on top
