Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Sweet banana and peanut butter loaded with high levels of potassium and sodium and all your good fats. Great for breakfast or straight after a workout for recovery.

Ingredients 

  • 1 banana (frozen or fresh)

  • 3/4 Cup milk

  • 1/2 Cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon honey 

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon

  • 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein 

  • Blend in blender 30 secs
