Perfect for Breakfast after your fasted cardio 

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Oats

  • 1 cup water

  • Cook oats in microwave for 2 minutes

  • Add 1-2 scoops Raw Whey Protein

  • Stevia or honey to sweeten

  • Add berries or cut up bananas on top

  • Serve with milk
