Feeling tired and fatigued this smoothie will deliver all the antioxidants you need in the form of berries.

Great for breakfast or desert

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup blackberries or raspberries

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

  • 2-4 leaves of mint

  • 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein

  • Blend for 30 seconds
